Dr. Danie van Aarde
Dr. Danie grew up in Pretoria and matriculated at Affies in 2007. He graduated at the University of Pretoria in 2012, then completed his community service year at Bethlehem Clinic in 2013 and entered private practice in Bloemfontein in 2014.
Danie enjoys general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and especially oral surgery. He completed his postgraduate certificate in Implantology and Diploma in Oral Surgery at the University of Pretoria.
He and his wife, Dr. Annine Fourie got married in 2018 and have two boys Izak and CJ
Danie is currently busy with his Masters Degree in Oral Surgery at the University of Pretoria.
Dr. Annine Fourie
Dr. Annine grew up in Centurion and matriculated at Höerskool Centurion in 2008. She graduated at the University of Pretoria in 2013 and completed her community service year at Bethlehem Clinic in 2014.
In 2015 she entered private practice in Ladybrand and relocated to Bloemfontein at the end of 2015.
Annine enjoys general and cosmetic dentistry and has also completed several courses in facial esthetic treatments.
She and Dr. Danie van Aarde got married in 2018 and have two boys Izak and CJ
Dr Theunis Steyn
Dr Theunis Steyn grew up in Bonnievale in the Western Cape and matriculated in 1973. He qualified as a dentist in Pretoria in 1985, and started in private practice in Bloemfontein soon after.
He served as President of the Free State branch of the Dental Association in 1991, and represented the Free State branch of the Dental Association as a Federal Councillor for 14 years. He was also a founder member of Oralnet, a Dental network company, where he served for many years as CEO.
His special interest in private practice is Orthodontics. He was a recipient of the Service Medal of the South African Dental Association, and nominated and accepted for his service to the dentists of South Africa, as a fellow of the Assiciatio of Dentistry International, which was bestowed at an FDI meeting in Barcelona, Spain in 2001.
Dr. Pano Patrinos
Dr Pano obtained his degree in Dental Surgery from the University of Athens, Greece, before moving to South Africa.
In South Africa, he initially worked for the Department of Health and was employed at various hospitals including Johannesburg General, Pelonomi, National and Universitas Hospitals in Bloemfontein.
While employed by the Department of Health, Dr Pano obtained Post Graduate Degrees in Management from Unisa and Clinical Dentistry from Stellenbosch University, doing his practicals at Groote Schuur Hospital. He has participated in numerous Dental Congresses and continuing Educational Courses, Nationally and Internationally.
He is also Head of Dental Services at the G4S Mangaung Correctional Services (a privately owned entity), for the past 24 years.
Dr Pano joined City Dental Bloemfontein in 2000. His passion is Aesthetic Dentistry and he is currently implementing 3D and Artificial Intelligence Technologies in his practice, in an effort to make dental treatments more affordable for his patients.
